Titanium Tea and Some Reflection Time – Daily Journal

Gonna start off by saying this mornings titanium tea really set up the rest of the day for me. Let me say I mix it up with every titanium teamorning, either bullet proof coffee or titanium tea. Titanium tea was conjured up by Tim Ferris. It's actually very simple to make (I just do it a bit differently)

  • I use Sencha Jade Reserve Green Tea
  • Yunnan Golden Pu-erh Black Tea
  • 1 teaspoon of Organic Coconut Oil

To find out all the benefits read Tim Ferris article on Titanium Tea

As I was reflecting today I have come to realize while working online is the daily tasks you give yourself can be pretty monotonous if you don't mix it up a little. What I mean by that is, at this stage I don't want to deal with a lot of the “techie” stuff. I have been delegating more of these tasks to my virtual assistant. I think this has dramatically shifted my creativity and productivity to a new level. When I first started I had to have my hand in everything and that just doesn't cut it, it actually became very draining and de-motivated me. If you truly have to do something you're not passionate about get it done as quick as possible, don't let it linger.

I led the Digital Affiliates “Unleashed” call today and it went extremely well. Guys and gals, I highly recommend you step out of your comfort zone and get rolling with live webinars or hangouts. Doing them can really catapult your branding as well as hone your craft when it comes to speaking in front of people.

Tip of the day: Don't hide behind the computer and become a hobbit. It is lonely and becomes stale very quickly. Engage with fellow entrepreneurs and put yourself out there. Remember, iron sharpens iron.

Quote of the day:

Always stay cool my friends and keep your eyes on the prize, you WILL get there 😉

Count Your Blessings Everyday – Daily Journal 1-6-2016

A day normally doesn't go by to where I don't count my blessings. Usually it is something that I read that gives me a mental wake up call.

Today, while working on some Facebook material I ran into a story about a veteran who got killed by a drunk driver New Years Eve.

What he wrote on his profile update was profound and rocked me guys.

Here is his last FB post, his name was Matthew DeRemer:

The final post of Iraq War veteran, Marine Corporal Matthew DeRemer

Life is precious, don't take anything for granted because you don't know when your last day is going to be.

I actually take one positive thing from this post, Matthew DeRemer had his faith nailed down.

Tip of the day: Be teachable (you'll go a lot further…I promise)

Until tomorrow my friends… #FaithFocusFinish
